Service Description

You will be provided an Health History form to be filled out by you, prior to our session. We will then discuss a goal(s) or navigational support you would like to receive during our upcoming program. Program options available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly via text or email. Must be prior to 24 hours in advance. Anything after 24 hours will not recieve refund and my not be able to get rescheduled within the same week, based on my schedule availability. Thank you in for understanding. Best, Michelle
