Service Description

Looking to support the health & wellness of yourself and/or your group? I'd love to support by scheduling a workshop customized for you. Whether you'd like to chat positive mindset, personal work/life or school/life balance, or stress just to name a few; I'm here to develop a plan for you and your youth. I am grateful to have hosted many adult, youth/adolescent workshops ranging from ages K-12. Program options available. Must have complimentary call to discuss plans and book. Travel within one hour from my office is included in rate. If traveling further, additional fees will be added.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly via text or email. Must be prior to 24 hours in advance. Anything after 24 hours will not recieve refund and my not be able to get rescheduled within the same week, based on my schedule availability. Thank you in for understanding. Best, Michelle
