Are you ready to get out and move your body? We will meet on the towpath behind Canal Studios at the scheduled day/time of week. Bring you beverage of choice, an open mind & preparation to be immersed within this amazing community.
All are welcome and no fitness levels are needed. I'll come prepared with a new wellness topic to share with you each week. Please feel free to bring your ideas and questions as well.
